Claims and Counter-Claims

Every claim is scored on two things. Craft is who did the skilled work. Intent is who decided what it was for. The machines usually win on craft. The humans usually win on intent. Then everyone argues.

Uphold a claim, or press Objection. To answer a claim properly, open it and file a counter-claim.

Claims are about kinds of people and kinds of machines, never named individuals. Every submission is read by a registrar before it appears.
